Question by DMR: How far away should my face be (distance in inches) from my Viewsonic 19-inch computer LCD monitor?
Screen resolution currently set at 1360 X 768.
I just purchased this monitor and want to make sure I am not damaging my eye sight by sitting too close to the screen.

LCD is softer on the eyes anyways.
I have the same monitor, from Dell, though.
The resolution is amaZing.
I would sit normal, just not too close or too far, though.
Otherwise its hard to see.
(HAVE A MICRO FIBER CLOTH FOR CLEANING!)

and check it for yourself. Just enter the size of your LCD and it will suggest what distance. Hope it would help. And may I add if you glue to the LCD at all time without even rest a bit, even best condition eyes will get worst that just sooner or later.
